Change Settings

  • Go to /settings, to see available settings options
  • Settings changes will be stored in a local file in the installation directory of StatsRelay
  • Setting changes require restarting StatsRelay
  • “Submit” will only update the file, changes will be active after the next restart
  • “Reset” will reset not yet submitted changes
  • “Submit & Restart” will update the file and restart StatsRelay immediately
  • “Factory-Reset & Restart” will delete the local config file and restart StatsRelay

Configure Folder Location for ICE Graphics 2025

By default, StatsRelay will generate image paths in the vMix output that expect the StatsImages folder to be at “C:/StatsImages”. Team, Flag and other image paths are aligned to that subfolder structure and naming scheme.

Examples:

  • Teams: C:/StatsImages/Teams/G99/G99.png
  • Player: C:/StatsImages/Teams/G99/G99_Brunner_521.png
  • PlayerImageSeq: C:/StatsImages/Teams/VSV/VSV_Helewka_2947/VSV_Helewka_2947_000.png
  • GameStatusImage: C:/StatsImages/GameStatus/before game/before game_00.png

If the folder is extracted to a different location, the folder path needs to be configured via /settings -> Image Folder Config.

The path should use ”/” instead of ”\”. Some paths, especially for game status images can contain whitespaces.

Custom Image Path Override Config

If needed, own paths for player, team, flag and game status image can be defined. If any of the values is set at /settings -> Image Path Override Config, it will take precedence over the StatsImages folder path.

Integration with vMix

Integration with Scoreboard Connect

StatsRelay can listen to UDP-Gameclock data sent from Scoreboard Connect. For that the computer running StatsRelay needs to be connected to Scoreboard Connect via Ethernet.

  1. Connect ethernet cable to ETH8
  2. Change the IP of the connected ethernet device manually to 192.168.220.150, Subnetmask 24 or 255.255.255.0
  3. In /settings -> Game Clock, make sure that “UDP” is selected
  4. Select a game and open /api/v1/clocks/current
  5. You should now receive clock information via port 25835

Troubleshooting Connection with Scoreboard Connect

  • Try restarting StatsRelay
  • Download a Network Analysis Tool like Wireshark
  • Check if you receive packages on the expected port and IP

Test-Data for UDP Clock

Gameclock-rs is a tool, that can be used to simulate UDP data from Scoreboard Connect

Troubleshooting StatsRelay

  • Application doesn’t launch, terminal is only briefly visible
    • Try deleting “application-local.json” in install dir if it exists
    • Try reinstalling application
  • No players visisble for Linup / Starting Six in /game
    • If the game is in the future, quite possibly no lineup/starting six data will be available yet
  • No games are shown for /schedule
    • Try selecting an earlier date in the “Cutoff date” date picker
